Our Process
Order of operations/ Root Cause therapy
Order of operations is KEY. All too often we see clients skip over drainage, which can be extremely detrimental to the entire healing process/journey.
Following this order of operations is KEY when working with a practitioner and starting a protocol.
Of course there may be some exceptions....ie. if someone is experiencing intense lyme, mold or viral symptoms.
But, this is why it is SO important to work with a practitioner who knows what they are talking about.
If you jump head first into addressing parasites or mold- without first addressing drainage- you're gonna feel like terrible.
Drainage is the foundation to any successful protocol. Without it, you will surely fail.
How long does it take to open drainage pathways?
Everyone is different, but the average is 30-45 days. Some people need much longer and that is fine. This entire process is bio-individual and it is crucial to work with a practitioner who knows how to address and open drainage pathways.
Tell me have you tried to address mold, Candida, h pylori, Lyme etc without success?? Or maybe you dove into a protocol with a practitioner and then started to feel awful. ——>think clogged drainage pathways
Without addressing the root cause and using the order of operations above- you will never fully remove those stressors from your body.
If you’re not sure where to start or what direction to head in- slide into my DMs. I have several slots open in the next few weeks and would love to help you!
What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy focuses on balancing macro and micronutrients, addressing dietary and lifestyle changes, and restoring metabolic function to achieve optimal wellness. We begin these changes by implementing a nutrient dense diet, restoring hydration, and ensuring maximum nutrient absorption. Once these changes are put in place we then shift our focus to support the systems of the body – digestion, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, hormone balancing, and detoxification.
Health starts with food. Once we begin nourishing our body with the proper nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it will thrive. Our body is incredibly powerful and given the proper building blocks, it will naturally restore itself.
Remember, “Disease is not inevitable. Health is.”

*Note: Nutritional Therapy is a very unique process that is designed to help regulate, repair, and restore the body. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any disease of any kind. It is purely meant to support and strengthen the body using nutrient-rich foods and herbal supplements.
