My Current Skin Care Routine

I’ve had so many people ask about my skin care routine recently, so I figured that now would be a great time to share what I’ve been doing over the last year or so. Read on through and reach out with any questions!! xoxo Enjoy

non toxic skin care, safe beauty, clean beauty, serum, moisturizer

First up is Clearstem. I’ve personally been using and loving their Bounceback Serum (like botox, but safe), Hydraglow moisturizer (the dreamiest every day moisturizer) and Hydraberry night cream (the most hydrating product out there- that also functions as a mask).

These products are formulated without endocrine disrupters and toxins. The three products mentioned above have made my skin hydrated, smooth and looking younger every single day.

They are also super easy to travel with- which is a must for me!

If you haven’t tried them- I highly suggest it- use my code REVIVEHW to save 15% at check out as well.

Second is the CounterTime line from BeautyCounter. I have been using this line for the last 3 years and cannot say enough good things about it. Completely transforms dull, sad and tired looking skin. It has brought new life and radiance back to my skin. I use the entire line and exclusively use the night cream all winter long.

This line is truly one of the best I have ever use. Anti aging and smells like you are at a spa- what more could you want?

Hydroxygen

Hydroxygen is comprised of pure oxygen, polyelectrolytes and BioActive Carbon Molecules. Internally Hydroxygen improves brain function, strengthens cellular health, prevents bad bacteria from growing, shortens healing time, neutralizes and detoxifies toxic materials, organic heavy metals and other pollutants.

Topically Hydroxygen has helped my skin become smoother, more supple, combats acne, improves texture and overall cellular health.

CT Minerals

CT Minerals contains 100% organically complexed nano-sized molecules, containing over 69 naturally occurring, plant-derived trace minerals and twelve amino acids. This supplement is able to move and push nutrients through the gastrointestinal tract and into the cell where they can be utilized.

Internally, CT Minerals is key for proper cellular function, ATP production, enzyme creation and neurotransmitter health.

Topically, these minerals get absorbed directly through the skin cells and can help with cellular energy production- ie create healthier skin cells and increase the blood flow to the skin. I’ve also seen great success with adding them to shampoo and or making a topical spray as the minerals help increase hair growth.

So, how do I use both of these Tinctures??

I first start with the CT minerals right after a shower or washing my face as the minerals help balance the pH of the skin. Anytime, you wash your face, shower, sweat etc- it throws off the natural pH of the skin.

I start with 3-4 drops of CT minerals in the palm of my hand and gently pat them into the skin. Then I add 2 drops of Hydroxygen and gently pat that on top. This can sting for maybe 1 second if you have acne- so you may want to add that to your serum or moisturizer instead.

After, the minerals and oxygen, I follow up with 2 drops of the CounterTime Essence, 1 pump of the All Bright Serum and end with the CounterTime Antioxidant Soft Cream.

At night, I’ve been double cleansing with Lotus Cleansing Balm, CounterTime Cleansing Oil, then adding the CT Minerals, Countertime Eye Cream and the Supreme Cream.

This routine has been working the last few months and I love it!! If you are interested in signing up for a CellCore account- I’d be happy to send you the code to create a login. These tinctures are 1000% worth it and are a total game changer.

I’ll continue to add to this as I try new products-but this is what I’ve been using so far- I hope this was helpful!
